Research projects

You are a bright and motivated international student, willing to benefit from the dynamism and excellence of the French research: you can do a 6 months pre-thesis in one of our research laboratories, partly supported by NanoX.

Our laboratories offer several research projects, covering the Nano theme ranging from atoms to molecules, nanomaterials and nanosytems.

Our mission

  • promote Toulouse as an international high level training center in Science and Engineering at the Nanoscale
  • foster learn-by-doing and training-by-research teaching
  • introduce advanced courses and favor interdisciplinarity
  • support the international mobility of master and PhD students
  • strengthen relationships between research and socio-economic world
  • increase the synergy between research and training for research-oriented studies in Nanoscale Science and Engineering
  • prepare master students for doctoral studies at the crossroads of Chemistry, Physics, Material Sciences, both experimentally and theoretically
  • render students skilled in the design, the modeling, the characterization, the fabrication, and the addressing of innovative nano-objects with tailored properties
